Breath of Fresh Air

Mom in her "element", surrounded by her puppies, calves and ewes...and a gorgeous sunset amongst our mountains!
The newest addition to the Barnard Cattle Company is a sweet little baby who eats ALL the time...Jerry thought if the little guy spent all his time doing that, maybe he better check it out too;)

Nothing more peaceful than the animals at dusk, all fed and chilling, but especially a new momma and baby. The momma has a name (you'll have to ask me if you want to know it!) but the baby still needs one...any ideas Banana???

This is our sweet and lovable little bear, Jerry, who thinks that birds, and all other small animals were made JUST for him to chase!
All those pictures are to show how PEACEFUL, WONDERFUL, and REFRESHING it is to be at home enjoying the beauties of the farm, the animals and the fam....a real breath of fresh air. Its funny how being at home to hang out and work a bit is a reminder that its the small things in life that make it special, like conquering the fork lift (I was a lifting/moving foooool!), mastering the small tractor (blade and front hoodad both!), and pulling calves (okay, I only pulled at it, Jason and Mom did the real work).
All of the blessings of the past few weeks have brought me to this verse:
Psalm 136:1 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good.
I hope you also have a wonderful week filled with small blessings and thanksgiving!
